RITMA Naturopathy

RITMA naturopathic association

The Association is open to all persons who are qualified in the field of naturopathy and have 1000 hours or more of training in naturopathy.

The RITMA Naturopathic Association is recognized for its high standards. The association represents a community of highly qualified practitioners in this field.

At this time, there is no naturopathic order in Quebec and this profession is not legislated. However, there is a very strong tendency amoung associations and groups involved in naturopathy to set up standards for their practices, which leads to a better recognition of this discipline by the public, insurers and the medical community.

One of the strengths of the RITMA Naturopatic Association is its the understanding of the laws pertaining to naturopathy, the activities prohibited by these laws as well as the Quebec realities in which naturopaths evolve. This allows the Association to guide its members and the public with a transparent discourse adapted to the Quebec situation.

The RITMA Naturopathic Association is governed by a code of ethics and regulations that its members are required to respect.

The association advocates that all its members have Errors and Omissions insurance. For the protection of our members and the public.

The RITMA Naturopathic Association's references in Naturopathy are based on those of the World Health Organization. https://www.who.int/fr/

The association is a member of the RITMA Group
